Talegaon Plant is located in the scenic surroundings of a Floricultural Park on 10 Hectares of land in Talegaon in Pune Dist. With close proximity to the Nava Sheva seaport and just a 2 ½ hour drive from Mumbai International Airport.
Well connected by Road, Rail and Air, the Plant in the first phase has a covered area of 10,000 sq mts.
With a diversified setup we mainly manufacture undercarriage sets, Track modules and Heavy duty material handling equipment. Current plant capacity is 5500 machine sets annually catering to most contemporary machines in India. |

The Plant has been setup using lean manufacturing principles. There are dedicated lines for manufacture of Rollers and Tracks with Special purpose machines and robust heat treatment processes. Single piece flow concept has been used in Plant layout. Qualified and experienced Engineers man the machines ensuring compliance to process parameters and product quality. |

| TECHNOLOGY CENTER |
Technology Center uses state-of-the-art software such as Pro-E and AutoCAD for 3-D Modeling and drawings as well as FEMAP-NASTRAN for finite element analysis.
TENGL "Technology Center" with the aid from latest software design tools is engaged in continuous product development and improvement process. Product test data and customer feed back on product performance as well as serviceability is blended in design decisions, to make the product designs optimum and user friendly. New materials and process technologies are developed for practical use.
Three dimensional modeling software tools are used to define product geometry accurately. Actual load and stress data collected by strain gauging techniques is used in finite element analysis for product optimization and improvement. New product development process includes QFD and FMEA techniques which captures all known product requirements at the design stage itself and development of reliable design and process. |

| Quality and Reliability systems: |
Certified for ISO: 9001-2008 & ISO 14001: 2004 by Bureau VERITAS.
Product quality and reliability is ensured by Auto gauging systems and stringent process controls on all critical workstations. In house laboratory with modern analysis and testing equipment is used to analyze and verify material and conformance to product / process callouts. State of art inspection and gauging equipment is used to inspect product and component features. Control plans are used to ensure process conformance and product quality. |

| Product Testing Facility at TENGL, Talegaon: |
With the main objective to verify new product designs as well as verification of design improvements a facility has been set up for dynamic and fatigue testing of parts.
The facility is a four channel servo-hydraulic system comprising – |
